Follow the online instructions for creating your account and add your child using the "relationship" button.

We offer two ways to attend classes, Enrollment or Drop-In.

 

Enrollment (Full Semester Membership)

Packages in quantities of 1, 2, 3, 4, or Unlimited CLASSES PER WEEK at discounted price.

If you have purchased Membership Option 2, 3, 4 or Unlimited, you can sign-up for the additional classes after you have received payment confirmation.

 

You must make your first payment and check to SAVE your credit card. Going forward, your MONTHLY charges will automatically bill to your card on file. The system will automatically prorate the amount due as needed and show you that at check-out.

 

Class enrollments will automatically continue through the full semester unless you cancel.

 

To purchase an Enrollment Membership:

1) Log-in to your WL Parent Portal

2) Use BOOK NOW from the top navigation bar

3) Locate your class and click on it

4) Click ENROLL NOW

5) Choose Booking for your dancer - not you

6) Click NEXT (leave ALL dates for semester checked)

7) Select desired MEMBERSHIP Option for 1, 2, 3, 4 or Unlimited classes per week

8) Scroll down and click SIGN CONTRACT

9) Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT

10) Enter your credit card info and SAVE for future purchases

11) Click COMPLETE BOOKING

 

If you purchase through the Store, it will charge you the full semester cost upfront instead of only billing out the applicable monthly tuition evenly through the system.
 

Drop-In (Single Class)

Our flexible “pay as you go” program. Sign-up and pay for one or just a few classes at a time. 

 

Different class types will need to be purchased separately, but multiple sessions of the same class can be selected and paid for together.
 

To purchase Drop-In Class(es):

1) Log-in to your WL Parent Portal

2) Use BOOK NOW from the top navigation bar

3) Locate your class and click on it

4) Click ENROLL NOW

5) Choose Booking for your dancer - not you

6) Click on Select All checkmark to deselect ALL dates

7) Select the dates you want to attend

8) Click NEXT

9) Select the DROP IN option that allows multiple sessions

10) Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT

11) Enter your credit card info and SAVE for future purchases

12) Click COMPLETE BOOKING

13) Repeat process if you want to purchase a different class type
 

Billing

A $50 registration fee will be billed to new family accounts and automatically renews each September.

If you wish to pay by cash or check, please bring your payment to class Instructor in a sealed envelope marked with:   1) dancer’s name; 2) teacher’s name; 3) class name; 

and 4) class date(s).

 

Private Lessons

1) Email studioadancecenterpcb@gmail.com indicating your Instructor of choice and any preferred day/time (not guaranteed). 

2) Availability and pricing varies by Instructor and session length (see website)

3) Payment to teacher is due prior to appointment. Cash or Venmo.
